Collaborative divorce

Collaborative divorce is a legal process for reaching  healthy solutions to divorce and family law disputes without the additional stress and contention that the traditional adversarial process often brings. Collaboration provides a safe protective environment for dealing with separations, marital property division, child custody, child support, and spousal support.

Divorce mediation

Mediation is a process in which divorcing couples work with a neutral third-party mediator to facilitate decision-making in connection with their divorce. Much like collaboration, mediation often offers a more peaceful, less stressful alternative to arbitration or litigation. While the mediator does guide the discussions, the divorcing couple ultimately has the final say.

Separation agreement

Sometimes all you need is a formal document outlining the terms of your separation. Working out a mutually agreeable Separation Agreement can be much like designing a custom home. Separation Agreements are drafted in order to ensure each individual’s financial security, facilitate co-parenting arrangements, and establish an amicable separation of property.

Divorce Consulting

Divorce consulting is an option for situations where the divorcing couple is communicating well and the legal issues are not complex. In divorce consulting, the couple negotiates their own agreement prior to consulting with attorneys. After establishing an agreement, they can engage the services of two attorneys, who are available for one-on-one consultations with each spouse.
